Step 1. Setup
Set up your vehicle
Whether you’re a trackday person with one vehicle, a family with two or three, a race team with half a dozen, or a workshop with dozens that you maintain for your clients, Stintline is for you.
Track any vehicle, cars or bikes, two wheels, four wheels, or more…
Add components manually, or use Vehicle Templates.
Vehicle Templates let you set up a standard configuration for popular vehicles (e.g. 992 Porsche GT3 Cup) and then create multiple vehicles from the template, ensuring a consistent and accurate maintenance schedule for all vehicles.
Step 2. Track Usage
Track your usage
Create events for your vehicles. Set up your own circuits, or import them from our database.
Recording events will apply the runtime and mileage to the installed components, and update their maintenance schedule.
Install and uninstall components such as tyres, springs or brake pads and track usage based on the installed components.
Stintline will calculate the runtime and mileage for an event based on the number of laps completed. Alternatively, you can specify the exact runtime and mileage from the vehicle’s data acquisition system.
Step 3. Maintenance
Manage your maintenance
As you record use of the vehicle, Stintline calculates the use of the installed components and lets you know what maintenance is required.
You can manage component lifing based on runtime (hours), mileage (miles or kilometres) or uses (events).
Stintline’ maintenance reports use color-coding to identify components that require attention now, are overdue for servicing, and those that will require maintenance shortly.
View upcoming and outstanding maintenance in real time, or generate a PDF maintenance worksheet.
Workshops and teams can generate a consolidated maintenance worksheet, featuring the work required for each vehicle. Capture completion, including signatures and notes, to enter back into the system.

Component life
Manage the life of components by hours (runtime), mileage or uses. Track the number of standing and launch control starts.
Record events and have Stintline calculate the runtime and distance based on the circuit. If you prefer, you can set the runtime and distance manually
Add any number of component types, including consumable items (such as engine oil and brake pads) and reusable items (such as tyres and suspension springs). Reusable components (such as suspension assemblies and tyres) can be installed and uninstalled, with usage recorded against the currently installed components.
Assemblies and placements
Combine individual components into assemblies to allow quick maintenance and management of things like suspension corners and brake assemblies.
Quickly create components with multiple placements on the vehicle (e.g Brake Calipers LF/RF/LR/RR, or anti-roll bars Front/Rear).
Costs
While not everyone wants to see costs in all their gory detail, Stintline allows you to assign costs to components and then track the cost of each event based on the portion of the component’s life consumed during the event.
Adding event-based costs (e.g. circuit or entry fees, travel and accommodation) allows you to see the full cost of your events (if you really want to).
PLUS, one switch allows you to hide ALL costs fields, simply and quickly.
Reminders
Set up calendar-based reminders for activities based on renewal periods.
For example, expiry of harnesses after five years, logbook renewal every 12 months or seats every two years.
